COLDPLAY***

COLDPLAY... amazingness. That is all. I was so close to Chris Martin I could smell his feet :P We went to Beefcakes beforehand which was entertaining, all the waiters were in tight pink tank tops with bulging muscles... Jeremy and Andrew looked ridiculously awkward, especially when our waiter called us bitches (looking specifically at Jeremy) while flexing his bicep. There was a bomb scare so we all had to evacuate from the building and sit outside, but the cocktails were amazing, and we had a really nice afternoon. Then we trekked to the stadium, and I made Claire pose with me under the rainbow which was fun, and we arrived at Greenpoint, had to queue for a little while then made a dash for golden circle jostling for prime positions. I had a nightmare of a time looking for Greg, who had to join us later because he wrote a test which only ended at 7. I kept having to squeeze my way out the crowd, being pushed and shouted at, to find Greg, and I missed most of the Parlotones, which actually could be seen as a positive... I'm not their biggest fan :p Luckily Greg found us, just before Coldplay came on, pushed his way to me, ignoring the grumpy shouts of the people behind him, and then the smoke filled the stage and the act began and it was all yellow :) Being short is not an advantage and I couldn't see over the stupid tall man in front of me, but eventually I found a gap to look through, and when standing on tip toes I had a pretty good view! When Chris went up the ramp we were so close to him, it was epic! It was an experience I wont forget, the band had so much passion and energy!
